During the 88th Texas Legislature, HB915 was signed requiring the Texas DPS to create a Workplace Violence Hotline.  A poster was also created which provides employees information about their rights to report workplace violence and how to report instances to the Workplace Violence Hotline or to iWatch Texas.  Please click this link to see this poster (Workplace Violence Poster).  This poster must be posted with your other workplace posters for all employees to view.  This poster is also available in the “Required Government Posters” section under Member’s Only on the TCGA website.  If you have any questions, please contact the TCGA office.
