2024 TCGA Summer Meeting Schedule

This is a preliminary schedule for this year’s meeting. Rooms and other information will be announced as it is planned, please check back for updates.

Sunday

June 16th, 2024

  • 3:00 – 5:00pm – Executive Committee Meeting (Dogwood)

  • 5:30 – 7:30pm – Welcome to Arlington Reception (TCGA Gin Members, Guests, and Sponsoring Associate Members Only)

    (Clover Club Lawn)

If you are attending the Welcome Reception, it is important that you register so are able to prepare properly. If you haven’t already, please fill out the registration form here.

Monday

June 17th, 2024

  • 8:00 – 9:30am Board Committee Meetings (Rooms TBA)

  • 10:00 – 11:30am – First General Session (Speakers TBA)

  • Afternoon Free for Recreational Activities. (TIGA Golf Tournament TBA)
  • 7:05pm – Rangers Game (Globe Life Field)

As a reminder you DO NOT need to purchase a ticket to this game. TCGA has reserved a seat on your behalf. Food and drinks will be provided at the game for our section. You DO however, need to let us know if you are coming, and how many people you are bringing. This is done on the registration form.
