As you know, it has become increasingly difficult to find drivers with a CDL license.  TCGA has been working with South Plains College in Levelland to offer a class for individuals who seek to obtain a commercial drivers license (CDL).  Jay Warnick, Director of Continuing Education and Workforce Development at South Plains College is preparing a grant proposal that would allow South Plains College (SPC) to build a commercial driving school in Levelland.  In order to complete the proposal, he needs to collect some data from area cotton gins and has asked for our assistance.  He needs to justify the need for a commercial driving school in the West Texas region in his grant proposal.
